“TECHNICAL SUPPORT” is a limited definition that, despite not allowing to fully understand the importance of the work carried out and which represents an ABSOLUTE PLUS of ETS:
- Need analysis: At the beginning, our technical team collaborates with the customer in order to understand the needs and requirements specific to their project. This includes the evaluation of operating conditions and production objectives.
- Custom design: Based on the previous analysis, a series of tailor-made solutions and layouts is created to satisfy customer needs. This process may include the realization of different renderings until the best solution is found.
- Installation and testing: Once ready, the machines are installed at the customer’s site. Our technicians run deep tests to guarantee everything works properly and that the equipment are ready for use.
- Formation and constant support: Our operators are trained in detail on how to use and maintain equipment. Furthermore, the technical team provides constant support by answering questions and solving problems.
- Quality refinement: In order to guarantee a high-quality production from the machines, our technical support team may also provide quality refinement services. This may include setting optimization, machinery calibration, and process improvement consulting.
- Repair: In the case of faults or malfunctions, the technical support team will rapidly intervene to detect and wholly solve both hardware and software related problems.
- Planned maintenance: In order to keep equipment in good conditions, a series of maintenance operations is planned. This may include: verifying and calibrating control systems, cleaning and lubricating parts, replacing worn-out components and updating the software.
In order to guarantee constant efficiency and effectiveness of the equipment, ETS offers Hardware and Software maintenance contracts, according to customer needs.
